Bruno has a blend of local and European working experience, the perfect background to help Western clients in Macau. He has been involved in the MICE industry since 1997. In 2008, he returned to Macau after working for seven years as marketing manager and business innovation manager for a large travel agency in Portugal. Bruno first arrived in Macau in 1993, where his experience includes 15 months as an events coordinator at Macau’s Handover Ceremony Coordination Office (2,500 delegates & 3,000 press) and two years as a marketing & PR executive at the Macau Trade & Investment Promotion Institute (IPIM). He is a CMP (Certified Meeting Professional), Graduated in Business Administration (1993) and has an MBA in Strategic Marketing (1996).

Sam is the DOC’s General Manager. He is easy with clients, keeps his calm under pressure, is a good listener and a straight-up problem solver. All these traits and experience make him the right person to work in the Meetings and Incentives industry. He has been involved in various conferences and incentives since 2013 with clients from all around the world.
Grew up in Guangzhou, fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese. Graduated in MICE Management from Macau University of Science and Technology (MUST) in 2013.

May works on DOC DMC wine events and marketing services since 2011. She has been working as a wine market consultant for more than 10 years but also as a magazine editor, event manager, PR consultant, land Master of Ceremonies. May has large experience in copywriting, translation, graphic and website design, video editing, networking, social media, and event organizing, especially for clients targeting audiences in Mainland China. Graduated in Communication & Public Relations from Auckland University of Technology.

Louise Liu, hailing from Hunan Province, China, holds a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and exudes an unwavering passion for project management. Her fervor extends to being an avid researcher of new technologies, constantly seeking out and absorbing cutting-edge technology trends.
With her proactive attitude towards life and work, Louise eagerly embraces challenges, infusing the company with a fresh surge of energy derived from her extensive cross-industry experience. In her leisure time, she immerses herself in the world of literature and channels her creativity through traditional Chinese calligraphy, writing her own chapter in the ever-changing times.

Star Li is ambitious and innovative, and has a passion for event planning and digital media marketing. She’s a versatile learner who never ceases to explore new skills; music being one of them with the ability to play both the piano and drums. Beyond this, Star delves into Korean out of sheer interest – highlighting her dedication to personal growth in any field outside her expertise.

After graduating from City University of Macau, majoring in International Hospitality and Tourism Management, Star continues to expand her knowledge by furthering Master of Management Studies at Macau University of Science and Technology.

Roberto is a veteran wine professional with more than 35 years of experience in the food and beverage sector. He has worked on luxury cruise liners for almost 20 years and, most recently, he has been engaged in the wine trade, from supply chain operations to wine sales and distribution.  His knowledge and expertise span all areas of the wine industry. In Grand Lisboa Macau he has crucially contributed to the attainment of the prestigious Three Glasses Grand Award, the highest recognition assigned by the Wine Spectator to the most outstanding wine lists of the world. Based in Macau, Roberto currently assists DOC DMC in the organization and coordination of wine events, providing his advice on all the technical matters related to wine.

Susanna has a wide knowledge of the MICE industry and excellent know-how of European clients’ expectations, she has been working in the European MICE industry for more than 20 years. Susanna has extensive experience in handling marketing and logistics for any kind of conferences, incentives, and meetings. Susanna’s developed from scratch a leading DMC & PCO agency since 1997, which organizes congresses up to 9,000 delegates and hundreds of incentives & events. Graduated in Tourism and then Translation & Interpretation in Vienna (1984). Fluent in German, English, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and French.
