His journey in the industry began in 1993 when he first moved to Macau and held various roles within the Macau Government. Seeking further growth, he relocated to Portugal in 2000, where he expanded his expertise before returning to Macau to start his own company.
Bruno’s experience spans over 20 years, during which he has worked in different capacities—first as an organizer for the Macau Government, then as a client in a large Corporate Travel Management Company, and finally as a service provider in his own ventures. His deep understanding of the industry from multiple perspectives has made him one of the most respected professionals in the meetings, incentives, and events industry in Asia.
Bruno’s educational background is equally impressive, holding a degree in Business Administration (1993), an MBA in Strategic Marketing (1998), and certifications such as CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) and CIS (Certified Incentive Specialist). His commitment to professional development is evident in his leadership roles, including his position on the board of directors for the China Chapter of SITE (Society for Incentive Travel Excellence), his presidency of MISE (Macau Meetings, Incentives, and Special Events Association), and his role as a board member of SKAL International Macau.

Sam’s commitment to excellence didn’t waver even during the challenging times of the pandemic. Instead, he used this period to further his education by pursuing a master’s degree.
Today, Sam shares his knowledge as a part-time teacher for undergraduate students of the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) degree at MUST, nurturing the next generation of industry professionals.
